RATES, DISCOUNTS, CONDITIONS & PAYMENT

Our base rate is $199 per room per night with breakfast (double occupancy, taxes included).

Depending on availability, a discount will apply to guests visiting for an extended period.

Check in time is 2PM. Check out is at noon.

SJO Airport pick up or drop off is $20 total for one to four travelers.

We offer a 5% discount for payment by cash (US dollars or CR colones) on non-commissioned room rates, private La Q tours, or the “Best Package Value”.

Poas Volcano and Waterfall Gardens Private Tour  - Includes transportation in a private car, Poas Volcano National Park admission, parking, guiding services by Kevin Kichinka, admission and lunch at Waterfall Gardens - $109 per person, minimum two persons (single supplement is $50).

Braulio Carrillo National Park Tour – Includes transportation in a private car, park admission, guiding services by Kevin Kichinka and a box lunch - $89 per person, minimum two persons (single supplement is $45).

One Day in San Jose – Includes all museum entry fees and transportation by public bus and taxi. Kevin Kichinka will get you there and back - $99 per person, minimum two persons (single supplement is $45).  Offered Tuesday – Friday.

Best Package Value – Why not stay close to the airport when you arrive and before you leave and save time and money? Why not let an expert guide you at the country’s most visited sites? Upon arrival in Costa Rica, stay your first two nights with us and enjoy the Poas Volcano and Waterfall Gardens Private Tour, then return to stay with us again later for your last night in Costa Rica   - $399/person (minimum two persons).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Travelers who plan Costa Rican vacations generally set time aside months in advance and must carefully juggle family and work responsibilities. It is difficult to replace a late-canceling guest. Please confirm reservations with full payment acknowledging this cancellation policy:

-         More than 30 days notice of cancellation, full refund

-         15 -30 days notice, less 25% of full payment

-         8 -15 days notice, less 50% of full payment

-         Less than 8 days notice, no refund

This policy is only for funds deposited to reserve a room. For the $399 “Best Package” offer, $298.50 per person will be considered as money earmarked for the room. Pre-paid reservations for separate Costa Rican attractions (outside tours, hotels, transfers, etc.) will be subject to those companies cancellation policies.

PAYMENT

Following the confirmation of your preferred dates, payment can most easily be made by clicking on PayPal (below) and filling out the proper credit card information. For those already in Costa Rica, cash, major credit cards or traveler’s checks will be accepted with your reservation.
